Legal regime
The Association is a professional, non-governmental, non-profit and apolitical association established in accordance with the laws of Romania, established for an indefinite period and will operate from the date of registration in the Register of Associations and Foundations.
The Association is a Romanian legal person without patrimonial purpose, independent of its members. It is responsible for its obligations within the limits of its assets.
Members of the Association are not liable for the obligations or liabilities of the Association.
