Membership of the association is open to Romanian and foreign persons who meet the following cumulative conditions:
- Have as their main object of activity operational leasing activities
- Recognizes and respect the Association’s Statute
- Share and participate in the achievement of the Association’s objectives
The Association has the following categories of members:
- Founding members
- Full members
- Candidate members
- Associate members
- Honorary members
